Homemade Pizza Crust

Ingredients

1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup soy flour

1 egg beaten
2 tbsp heavy cream


Topping:

Parmesean cheese
Italian spices

Directions

Mix soy flour with egg and cream, stir in cheese.



It will be very thick, but you can thin it out a little with more cream or water.



Spread (mush flat in the pan) by hand in a pie plate or equivalent size pizza pan. Sprinkle genrously with parmesean cheese and italian spices.



Bake at 350
