Almond Poppyseed Muffins

Ingredients

3 C Almond flour

1 1/2 C Heavy cream

2 1/4 C Granular Splenda

3 Eggs

2 1/2 t Baking powder


1/2 t Almond extract

1 1/2 t Salt

1 1/2 T Poppy seeds

1 1/2 C Vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.



Grease or paper line two 12 count muffin tins.



Combine almond flour, splenda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.



Whisk oil, milk, egg, and extract in another bowl until smooth.



Add the dry ingredients mixing until moist.



Very gently, stir in the poppy seeds.



Fill muffin tins and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
