Ingredients

2 Egg whites

Dash of salt

1/4 C Splenda, granular


Grated rind of 1 lemon

1 T Fresh lemon juice

1 Pint Blackberries, washed and sorted

Directions

Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.



Gradually beat in Splenda, one tablespoon at a time. Beat until thik and glossy.



Fold in lemon rind, lemon juice, and berries.



Chill at least 4 hours.



Serve garnished with a few additional berries.
