Ingredients

2 T Baking powder

1 1/2 t Granular splenda

1 1/8 C Almond flour (blanched)

2 1/2 T Canola oil

Directions

Sift together dry ingredients twice into large mixing bowl.



Slowly add oil, cutting in iwth pastry blender until it is the consistency of corn meal.



Store in a tightly covered covered container at room temperature or you may refrigerate.



Spoon lightly into cup and level with spatula.



Can be used for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, coffee cakes etc.
