Ingredients

1/2 C Ricota cheese

3 T Heavy cream

1 Egg


1 t Vanilla

Splenda to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth.



On medium heat, whisk constantly, bringinig the mixture just to a boil.



Continue to cook, just below the boiling point, until the mixture reaches the desired thickness.



Pour into a bowl and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg.
