Flax Seed Granola

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Flax Seeds

1 C Unsweetened Shredded coconut

1 C Thin sliced unsalted almonds

1 T Pumpkin pie spice


1/2 C Splenda granular

1 T Vanilla

6 Egg whites

1/2 C Water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.



Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.



Next, mix the wet and dry ingredients together.



Spred it in a jelly roll pan and bake until completely dry at 250F degrees for about 3 hours.



Every hour while baking, take a fork and break up any large bits.



Cool completely before you store the granola.
