Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can of cut green beans
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 small can of mushroom pieces
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
2 cups of your favorite cheese, grated (I have tried cheddar and mozarella and they',re both excellent

Directions

Brown the ground beef with spices, to taste. Drain the ground beef and then add the green beans (drained), the tomatoes with juice and the mushrooms (drained). Cook for just a bit until all ingredients are warmed. If you cook this in a skillet that will also go into the stove, like I do, then you just sprinkle the cheese over top and bake until cheese is good and gooey.

Additional Information

I was just messing around in the kitchen one day and threw all this stuff together. I was really surprised at how good it was. Excellent, I think!

Try it ..... you'll like it. :)

YOu can eat it right out of the pan or put away in the fridge and nuke later. Really quick and easy and has hardly any carbs.
