Ingredients

10 ozs Chicken broth

1 C Heavy cream

1 T Soy flour

1 T Worcestershire sauce

1/2 t Each, dried thyme and pepper

1/3 C Dry white wine or vermouth

2 1/4 lb Chicken, skin removed

1 Medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1/2 C Each, sliced scallions and fresh green beans

Directions

Combine chicken broth, worcestershire sauce, thyme, pepper, white wine or vermouth in a 3 quart or larger slow cooker until blended. Add chicken and bell pepper.



Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours or on low 7 to 9 hours until chicken is tender.



Stir in scallions and green beans. Cook additional 20 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender.



Remove chicken and vegetables to serving platter.



Add soy flour to heavy cream and whip until soft peaks form.



Blend heavy cream into sauce in slow cooker and cook until thickened.



Serve sauce with chicken and vegetables.
