Ingredients

1 lb Extra sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded

1 lb Colby Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 Jar, thick and chunky salsa


2 Diced chipotle peppers (from canned in adobo sauce)

3 Eggs

Directions

Layer cheeses in a 9 X 12 inch pan and top with salsa.



Beat eggs and pour over the top.



Bake at 350F degrees for 1/2 hour.



Let sit 10 minutes.



Cut into squares.
