Butterscotch/Toffee Pecan Pork Rinds

Ingredients

1 Small package SF Butterscotch pudding mix

3/4 C Davinci SF Toffee syrup

1/4 C Butter, melted


1/2 t Vanilla extract

12 C Plain pork rinds, break large ones into smaller pieces

12 oz Can salted pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F degrees. In a saucepan, combine butterscotch pudding mix, toffee syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens.



Place pork rinds and nuts in a greased roasting pan. Pour mixture over pork rinds, toss to coat well.



Bake at 300F degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring frequently until lpork rinds are crunchy.



Remove from oven, stir every 10 minutes until slightly cool.



Cool completely and store in airtight container.
