Hawaiian Ham Salad

Ingredients

2 cups diced ham
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup Hellmans mayo
1/3 cup pineapple tidbits, packed in own juice drained
1/4 cup pecans, lightly toasted under broiler

Directions

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.

Additional Information

This whole recipe has 22.6 carbs. It fed 3 people easily, making it not even 8 carbs per serving. Nice and refreshing on a hot summer day! Can substitute chicken in place of the ham.
