Walnut & Cheese stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

48 Medium, fresh mushrooms

1 C Parmesan cheese (canned)

1/2 C Diced camembert or brie cheese

1/3 C Walnuts, chopped coarsely and toasted


2 T Finely chopped fresh parsley

1 T Butter, softened

1 Clove garlic, minced

2 to 4 T Cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.



Remove stems of mushrooms. Chop stems and place in bowl.



Add parmesan cheese, camembert or brie cheese, walnuts, parsley, butter, garlic, and enough cream to moisten mixture. Mix well.



Place mushrooms, stem side up, in a large shallow baking pan. Put a spoonful of the mixture on top of each mushroom.



Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
