Chicken in Garlic Cream

Ingredients

2 lbs Boneless/skinless chicken breasts or thighs

8 Garlic cloves, minced

4 T Butter


Lawry',s Garlic salt with parsley

3/4 C Heavy cream

4 ozs Cream cheese

Directions

Saute garlic in butter until tender. Take garlic out of the pan and add the chicken. Sprinkle with the Lawry's garlic salt. Brown the chicken until golden and crispy on the outside and no longer pink inside.



Remove chicken from pan and add the cooked garlic, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes to thicken. When ready to serve, pour sauce over chicken.
