Crockpot Swiss Steak

Ingredients

2 lbs Round steak

1 Green bell pepper, sliced

1 t Salt

1/2 t Black pepper


2 T Olive oil

1 Large onion, sliced

1 (16 oz) Canned tomatoes, drained and cut up

1 Stalk celery, thinly sliced

Directions

Cut steak into serving size pieces.



Sprinkle with salt and pepper.



In a large skillet brown meat in oil.



Pour off excessive fat.



In slow cooker combine meat, tomatoes, onion, green pepper.



Cover pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until tender and sauce is reduced.
