Peppermint Schnapps Liqueur

Ingredients

1/3 C Splenda granular

16 ozs Davinci creme de menthe syrup

2 C Vodka

2 t Peppermint extract

Directions

In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat combine splenda and davinci syrup. Heat until splenda dissolves, stirring regularly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vodka.



Cover and allow to cool. Stir in peppermint extract. Pour into a sealable bottle.

Additional Information

This liqueur is sugar free unlike the ones at the stores. Use this as you would sugared liqueurs.
