Ingredients

8 C Water
4 Bags chamomile tea
8 Green cardamon pods

Zest of 1 orange, removed in strips
Zest of 1 lime, removed in strips
1/4 C Fresh ginger toot, peeled and sliced
3/4 C Splenda

Directions

In a 4-gquart saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.



Remove pan from heat and cool mixture. Steep mixture, covered and chilled overnight.



Pour mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.



Serve over ice

Additional Information

This tea keeps covered and chilled for one week.
