Strawberry & Chocolate Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients

8 Low carb tortillas

STRAWBERRY CHEESE:
2 8oz Pkgs. Cream cheese softened
4 Large strawberries, crushed
2 T Splenda, to taste


CHOCOLATE CHEESE:

4 ozs Cream cheese, softened
1 T Splenda, to taste
1 T Unsweetened cocoa powder

FILLING:

1 C Strawberries, chopped

Directions

In a bowl mix crushed berries, cream cheese and splenda until well blended.



In another bowl, mix cocoa, splenda and cream cheese until well blended.



Place two tortillas on a work surface, spread with chocolate mixture on each, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.



Place 2 more tortillas on surface, spread each with strawberry mixture. Top with strawberries, make sure to leave the 1/2 inch border around the edges.



Stack the strawberry topped tortilla on top of the chocolate tortilla and roll up jelly roll style.



Repeat with remaining tortillas.



Wrap each roll with plastic wrap and freeze for a 1/2 hour.



To serve, slice off the trim at each end and cut each roll into 4 pieces.
