Poppy Seed Cheese Chips

Ingredients

2 Low carb tortillas, cut into 6 wedges
Olive oil cooking spray
1 T Parmesan cheese, grated

1 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 T Poppy seeds

Directions

Place tortilla wedges on ungreased baking pan. Spray wedges with cooking spray and sprinkle with cheese and poppy seeds.



Bake at 400F for 10 minutes or until golden.



Cookie cutters can be used to make interesting shapes.
