Cream Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients

12 ozs Cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 C Splenda
2 Eggs

1 T Lemon juice
1 t Vanilla
2 1/2 C Heavy cream

Directions

In a large bowl beat cream cheese and splenda with an electric mixer until smooth.



Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined.



Stir in the heavy cream.



Freeze in an icecream freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
