Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

4 C Heavy cream
1 C Brown Sugar twin
2 T Butter

1 t Vanilla
3/4 C Toasted chopped pecans

Directions

Combine cream, splenda, and butter in medium saucepan.



Cook stirring constantly over low heat until bubbles form around the edges of the pan.



Let mixture cool and put it in the ice cream machine.



Stir in vanilla.



Freeze as directed by the manufacturer's instructions.



Add pecans after the ice cream begins to harden.
