Pecan Maple Ice Cream

Ingredients

4 ozs Pecans chopped
2 ozs Butter
2 T Brown sugar twin

2 T Low carb maple syrup
1 Quart heavy cream

Directions

Using a frying pan, slowly melt the butter.



Add the chopped pecans.



Sprinkle on the brown sugar twin.



Stir and cook over medium heat for approximately 3 - 4 minutes until the nuts are crisp.



Remove the pan and place to one side to cool.



In a separate mixing bowl, pour in the cream and then add the fried pecans.



Still stirring add the low carb maple syrup until blended in.



Transfer the complete mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
