White Mountain Ice Cream

Ingredients

4 Eggs
3 C Heavy cream
3 C Heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 C Splenda

2 T Vanilla
1/2 t Salt
5 ozs Low carb milk chocolate cut into small chunks
1 C Sliced almonds

Directions

Separate the eggs and make a soft custard of the cream, egg yolks, and splenda.



Beat egg whites until stiff and over them pour the hot custard and mix thoroughly.



Add the vanilla, salt, and when cold, the whipped cream.



Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturere's instructions.



When the ice cream is almost frozen add the low carb milk chocolate and the almond slices.
