Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

4 ozs Splenda
8 oz Water
1 lb Strawberries

Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 Pack of unflavored gelatin

Directions

Heat water until simmering.



Add splenda and cook until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.



Mash or puree the berries and strain to remove the seeds.



Melt the gelatin by mixing it with 2 T of water in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Stir in the berry puree, the lemon juice, the splenda mixture.



When cool transfer the complete mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
