Frozen Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

1 8oz Package Cream cheese
Large box sugar free jello (flavor of choice)
2 C Boiling water

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool slightly.



Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.



Gradually bet in jello mixture.



Pour into popsicle forms and freeze until firm.



If desired, dip bars into melted low carb chocolate and chill.
