Chipotle Salsa

Ingredients

1 Tomato
5 Tomatillos
4 Chipotle chiles
1 Onion, rough chopped

6 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 t Vinegar
Olive oil
Salt

Directions

Boil the tomatillos and the chiles in a cup of water until tender. Process the chiles, tomatillos, tomatoes, garlic until liquid, leaving small chunks of veggies. Add the vinegar.



Fry the onion until tender.



Add the processed mixture to the onions and cook for 10 minutes more, stirring constantly.



Add salt and serve warm.
