Tex Mex London Broil with Chili butter

Ingredients

2 lbs London Broil

MARINADE:

1 Small onion, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Bunch cilantro, minced
1/2 C Olive oil
1/3 C Fresh lime juice
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t Ground cumin
2 t Splenda
1 t Salt
1 1/2 t Black pepper


CHILI BUTTER:

1 C Butter, softened
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 T Chili powder
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/2 t Tabasco sauce

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients.

Put steak and marinade in a heavy duty plastic zipper bag, seal and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.



Mix all chili butter ingredients together and set aside.



When ready to cook, heat grill to medium high heat.



Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.



Grill for about 7 - 10 minutes per side or until done to your liking.



Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips.



Serve with the chili butter on top warm steak.
