Ingredients

36 Raw Jumbo shrimp, cleaned and deveined
3 Limes, sliced
12 T Butter

1 C Green onions, sliced
2 C Sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.



Melt butter in a skillet, add green onions, cook for 4 minutes.



Add shrimp and cook until pink, do not overcook (they will turn rubbery).



Add lime slices, toss mixture and cook for an additional 4 minutes until heated through.



Divide into 6 servings, and top with the sour cream.
