Ingredients

2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
2 red chili peppers, seeds removed
3 tomatoes
cilantro
5 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 onion, chopped
3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 c. white wine
salt and pepper, to taste
sliced limes

Directions

Blanch peppers quickly in boiling water.



In a blender combine blanched peppers, with tomatoes, cilantro and 4 cloves garlic.

Grind them up and set aside.



Dice remaining clove of garlic.



In a skillet, heat butter and oil and saut
