Spaghetti Squash with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

1 4 lbs Spaghetti squash (prepared)
2 C Heavy cream
1 C Finely crumbled gorgonzola cheesse

8 ozs Thinly sliced prosciutto ham, cut into 1 inch strips
1/2 C Chopped fresh Italian parsley

FOR SQUASH:

1/2 C Chicken broth

To prepare squash:



Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds. Place face down in baking dish. Add 1/2 C chicken broth. Cook squash in preheated 375
