Spaghetti Squash with Creamy Clam & Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

1 3 lb Spaghetti squash, prepared
1/2 C Chicken broth
1/2 lb Sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 C Chopped onion
4 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 T Olive oil
1 (8 oz) Bottle clam juice

1 C Heavy cream
2 t Chicken boullion
1 C Frozen, very small broccoli florets, defrosted
1/2 C Freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 T Dry white vermouth
4 Dozen Cockle, cherrystone or littleneck clams, cleaned and steamed

TO PREPARE SQUASH:



Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and place in baking dish. Add chicken broth and cook squash in preheated 375
