Hamburger Romanoff Casserole

Ingredients

CASSEROLE:

2 lbs Ground Chuck, cooked and browned
1 16oz bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower, defrosted and drained
4 T Minced onion
3/4 t Salt
1 t Garlic powder
1 12 oz container Small curd cottage cheese
1 8 oz container Sour cream
1/2 C Heavy cream
8 ozs Shredded cheddar cheese


TOPPING:

1 T butter, melted
1/2 C Finely crushed pork rinds

Directions

Heat oven to 375F degrees. Spray 12 X 8-inch (2 quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.



In a large bowl combine all casserole ingredients. Mix well.



Spoon evenly into sprayed baking dish. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray, place sprayed side down over baking dish.



Bake at 375F degrees for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine topping ingredients, mix well.



Uncover baking dish, sprinkle with topping. Bake an additional 25 to 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and top is golden brown.
