Ham & Swiss Cheese Bake

Ingredients

2 C Atkins bake mix
1/3 C Dijon mustard
1/2 t Splenda
1/3 C Heavy cream
2 C Cubed fully cooked smoked ham


4 Medium green onions, sliced
1/4 C Chopped red bell pepper
1/4 C Sour cream
2 C Shredded swiss cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 450F degrees. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13X9X2 inches with shortening.



Stir atkins bake mix, mustard, splenda, cream until soft dough forms. Press dough into bottom of pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.



Mix ham, onions, bell pepper, and sour cream. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with cheese.



Bake uncovered 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
