Splendified Jello

Ingredients

1 Envelope Unflavored gelatine
1 Package Unsweetened Kool aid (any flavor), add enough of the powder to your taste, you will not need all the powder.

1 C Splenda (add more or less to your taste preference, you will not need the whole cup)
1 C Boiling water
1 C Cold water

Directions

In a bowl combine gelatine, splenda, and kool aid.



Add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.



Add cold water and stir well.



Chill until jello is firm. At least 4 hours.

Comments

Add fresh, real whipped sweetened heavy cream. Or make a stained glass jello mold.



Layer jello with fruit, sour cream, and cream cheese, strawberry works very well (tastes like cheesecake).
