Marys Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

BROWNIES:

1 C Butter
2 T Cannola oil
1 1/2 C Splenda
2 t Vanilla
9 T Unsweetened cocoa
4 Eggs
1 C Almond flour
1/2 t Baking powder
Dash salt


CHEESECAKE LAYER:

8 ozs Cream cheese, softened
6 T Splenda
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla

Directions

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:



In a bowl beat cream cheese until extremely smooth and add splenda, add the egg and vanilla. Mix well and set aside.



BROWNIES:



Heat oven to 350 degrees F.



Butter a 9" X 13" pan, set aside.



In a large saucepan melt the butter, cocoa, and oil over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool slightly.



Stir in splenda and vanilla.



Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.



Stir in the almond flour, baking powder & salt. Mix well.



Spread mixture into the prepared pan.



Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture. Lightly swirl the cream cheese mixture with a knife to create a marble pattern.



Bake approximately 24 minutes or until just set.



Cool completely and cut into squares.
