Bourbon Pork Chops

Ingredients

3/4 C Sour cream
2/3 C Water
1 t Xantham gum
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 t Dried sage

1 T Olive oil
8 Pork chops
1 Onion, chopped
8 ozs Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C Bourbon

Directions

Combine water and xantham gum well.



Mix sour cream, water mixture, salt, pepper, and dried sage together and set aside.



Heat oil in a skillet and saute pork chops on each side, remove from pan.



Add onions and mushrooms to pan and saute, add bourbon and cook until liquid evaporates.



Place pork chops in a baking dish, add mushroom mixture on top chops. Pour sour cream mixture over chops.



Bake at 300 degrees F for 45 minutes.
