Zucchini alla Romana

Ingredients

2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 t Olive oil
4 C sliced zucchini
1 t Dried mint, crushed

1 t Dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C Romano cheese

Directions

In a large skillet cook the garlic in oil until lightly browned.



Add zucchini, mint, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet.



Cook uncovered over medium heat 5 minutes or until the zucchini is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.



Sprinkle with the romano cheese.
