Grilled Trout with Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

TROUT:

1 1/2 lbs Trout fillets
4 T Butter
2 T Olive oil


HORSERADISH CREAM:

1/2 C Sour cream
1 t horseradish
paprika

Directions

Heat grill.



Melt butter and olive oil together.



Spread mixture over the fillets.



Grill fish for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side on a wire mesh screen placed on the grill rack.



HORSERADISH CREAM:



Mix sour cream and horseradish, chill until ready to use.



Spoon the horseradish mixture over cooked fillets and garnish with paprika.
