Chicken Cutlets in Wine

Ingredients

1 lb Boneless/skinless chicken cutlets, pounded thin
Parmesan cheese
1/2 C Dry white wine

2 Cloves roasted garlic
1 C Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Coat chicken with parmesan cheese.



In a frying pan fry coated chicken pieces in olive oil until golden.



Place wine and garlic in a baking dish.



Transfer chicken to baking dish.



Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.



The chicken should get darker and the garlic lightly browned.



Top with cheese and bake until melted.
