Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

4 Large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Egg
1 C Heavy cream
1 t White vinegar
1 C Ground pecans
1/4 C Sesame seeds

1/2 t Sea salt
1/2 t Course ground pepper
1 t Paprika
1/4 t Onion powder (not salt)
1/2 t Garlic powder (not salt)
1/4 C Butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.



In a bowl, add the cream and vinegar and let stand 30 minutes.



Between two sheets of waxed paper pound the chicken until fairly thin.



In a bowl, beat the egg and then add the cream mixture.



In a shallow pan mix the ground pecans, sesame seeds and spices together.



Dip the chicken in egg-cream mixture and then roll in the pecan mixture.



Place in a baking sheet.



Once you have coated all of the chicken drizzle the coated chicken with melted butter.



Bake at 350 F degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown.
