Pork In Bourbon Maple Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 C Bourbon
2 T Sugar free maple syrup
2 T Tomatoe puree
1/4 C Water

1/2 t Nutmeg
1/4 t Ginger
2 lbs Pork tenderloin

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the pork and pour into a non-metal shallow dish.



Add the pork and allow to marinate overnight.



Slice pork into 4 servings, grill until no pink remains.
