Ingredients

1/4 lb Kasseri cheese
4 T Butter

Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 ozs Brandy

Directions

Cut the cheese into 1/4 inch slices, then cut into squares.



Fry cheese in hot butter until golden brown.



Plate on a flame-proof dish and pour brandy over cheese.



Ignite brandy with extreme caution.



Allow brandy to burn off.



Squeeze fresh lemon juice over cheese.
