Mint Clouds

Ingredients

3 Egg whites at room temperature
1/4 t Cream of tartar
1/2 C Splenda granular

5 Pure Delite Mint Chocolate Bars, chopped
1/8 t Peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.



Using an electric mixter, beat the egg whites until frothy.



Add cream of tartar and then whip at high speed until stiff peaks form.



Gradually add splenda and a few drops of green food coloring to make mixture mint green color.



Fold in the mint chocolate candy.



Spoon by tablespoons onto a slightly greased cookie sheet.



Turn the oven off.



Then put the clouds in the oven and close the door leaving them there in the slowly cooling oven overnight (at least 10 hours).



Store in an airtight container.

You can use other brand of mint chocolate sugar free low carb candy if Pure Delite brand is not availatle, just make sure it is almost the same amount ounce wise.
