Chicken Breasts stuffed with Asiago Cheese

Ingredients

1 C Ground walnuts
1 C Asiago Cheese, grated
1 1/2 T Butter
1/2 t Sage
1 t Dried mint
1/2 t Garlic powder

Fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
4 Very large boneless/skinless chicken
breasts
Dry white wine or chicken broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.



Pound the chicken breasts until thin.



Mix all stuffing ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.



Divide stuffing equally between chicken breasts.



Roll each chicken breast up jelly roll fashion and secure with toothpicks.



Place chicken rolls in baking dish, sprinkle with a little ground walnuts.



Add about a 1/2 inch of white wine or chicken broth to baking dish. Bake chicken at 375 F degrees until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
