Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

5 Large eggs
3/4 C Splenda granular
1 C Pecan pieces
2 t Davinci sugar free vanilla syrup

2 T Soy flour
3 t Baking powder
3 t Banana extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.



Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well.



Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Add additional pecan pieces and stir with a fork to distribute evenly.



Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
