Argentinean style Steak

Ingredients

2 One inch thick T-bone or Porterhouse steaks
3 T Olive oil
2 T Snipped fresh italian flat leaf parsley

1 T Snipped fresh oregano or 1 t dried oregano
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 t Sea salt
1/4 t Ground red pepper

Directions

Prepare BBQ grill for medium heat above drip pan.



Season steak and grill until desired doneness.



SAUCE:



Stir together olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, and red pepper. Spoon the sauce on top of the steak for the last 2 minutes of grilling

Additional Information

Steaks can be broiled also.
