Shrimp in Avocado Boats

Ingredients

4 Avocados, halved, seed removed
1 C Tomatoe puree
1 t Horseradish
1 T Splenda

1 T Lime juice
1 T Chili powder
4 C Small shrimp, cooked and deveined, chilled

Directions

Mix tomatoe puree with horseradish and splenda, chill.



Place avocado halves on 4 chilled medium sized plates.



In a bowl mix tomatoe mixture, lime juice, and chili powder.



Fill the avocado hollow with sauce mixture.



Divide the shrimp into 4 servings and heap the shrimp in the avocado over the tomatoe sauce mixture. Serve.
