Apple Pie Tartlets

Ingredients

1 Medium zucchini, peeled and shredded
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and shredded
1/2 C Pecans
3 T Sugar free Carmel Davinci syrup

3 T Butter
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/3 C Sharp cheddar cheese
2 T Splenda granular

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375F Degrees.



Grease the cups of a mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.



Mix the zucchini, apple, pecans, splenda, and cinnamon together.



Place butter and davinci syrup in a bowl and microwave until butter has melted.



Pour butter mixture over apple mixture mix well.



Distribute the mixture evenly between the muffin cups.



Top each muffin cup with cheddar cheese.



Bake for about 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
