Tennessee Eggnog

Ingredients

12 Eggs, separated
1 1/2 C Splenda
1 Quart Jack Daniel's (black label)
1/4 C Rum

1 Quart Half & Half
1 Quart Heavy cream
Nutmeg

Directions

Break eggs & separate.

To the yolks add all the splenda at one time and then beat until the mixture is light, thick, and smooth.

Add the Jack Daniel's, a little at a time, beating vigorously.

Add all of the rum and beat again.

Add the half & half. Beating vigorously.

Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into egg nog mixture.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Fold egg whites by folding into the mixture.

Pour into large bowl and let stand in refrigerator two days.
