Vanilla Coffee Liquor

Ingredients

1 1/2 C Brown sugar twin
1 C Splenda
2 C Water

1/2 C Instant coffee
3 C Vodka
1 Vanilla bean

Directions

Combine brown sugar twin and splenda with 2 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes.



Gradually stir in the coffee, using a wire whisk.



Cool, pour into a tall bottle, jar, or jug.



Add vodka and vanilla bean. Mix well. Uncover and let stand for at least two weeks, then remove the vanilla bean.
