Ingredients

Oil for deep frying

2 C American cheese, shredded
2 T Atkins bake mix

Salt & pepper to taste
2 Egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions

Mix cheese, bake mix, and seasonings.



Fold into beaten egg whites.



Roll into little balls with wet hands.



Fry in oil until crisp.

Additional Information

This entire recipe has only 4 grams of carbs.



The number of servings depends on what size you make the cheese puffs.
